Infrastructure & Government Support

A major milestone in JJIC’s development is the 132 KV substation in SEZ, officially approved in the 2025 Rajasthan State Budget. This substation, now under construction by the government, will ensure uninterrupted, high-capacity power supply across industrial, commercial, and residential zones—solidifying JJIC’s status as a dependable, investment-ready industrial township.

In addition to the planned infrastructure, significant groundwork has already been laid by Sunil Developers and Builders. A boundary wall enclosing a substantial section of the land has been constructed to secure the site. Two intricately designed temples have already been built, establishing a cultural and spiritual core for the community. Operational site offices are in place, allowing on-ground coordination and planning, and an internal road network has been laid out across the entire site, enabling seamless access and movement for initial groundwork and site visits.
